Nolwenn Corre, chef at the Bistrot 1954 and at La Pointe Saint-Mathieu gourmet restaurant, invites you on a journey of culinary discovery overlooking the sea. Nolwenn, who took over from her father Philippe Corre, is passionate about food and proud of her Breton heritage! A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, she trained with Yannick Alleno, and set up the bistrot in his image: welcoming, modern and open to the world!
